In the past year, our team, community helpers and moderators have been working tirelessly to create great customer experiences. We've shipped over a thousand new features, bug fixes and other improvements, including the new Minecraft Status Module, Forum Support and more. Since our last summer break, we worked every day to improve our services and to offer the high level of customer support you are used to when interacting with ScootKit Customer Service.

But - we're all humans, and sometimes humans need a break. Because of this, we'll be going on a summer vacation from July 22 to August 31. As a tiny company, we are unable to keep up our known service quality during this time due to lack of resources.

To allow our hard-working team a full break without any responsibilities, we'll close our customer service for one week. This allows moderators, helpers and our staff members to relax without having to worry about our projects. Before and after this week, our customer service will still be reachable, but we estimate that wait and processing times might increase by multiple days.

To make it easier to understand which services can be reached, we've created different levels of availability.

Limited Availability

In Limited Availability,

  • our Discord is open, but uses a high slow mode to make moderation easier. Some channels won't be available. Leveling is disabled.
  • our Customer Support (including E-Mail, Modmail and Discord) are open, but our staff will be less active. Our helpers are not required to respond within a certain period of time, and customers will be informed about likely delays. We will moderate impatient customers who violate our rules on pinging, spamming or staff member DMs.
  • SCNX and other services can be used without restrictions.
  • Our Merch Store won't accept orders.

No availability

In No availability,

  • our Discord is closed. No messages can be sent in any channels.
  • our Customer Support on Discord can't be reached. New tickets can't be opened starting July 27, existing tickets will be closed before July 28, even if the issue has not been resolved.
  • our Customer Support via Modmail or E-Mail (used for specific issues like billing-related or legal requests) will accept new tickets, but we won't be able to respond before August 4. We'll inform customers about the delayed response times when opening a ticket.
  • we'll do our best to ensure that SCNX keeps running smoothly, but we won't be able to have staff on call for outages.
  • our Merch Store won't accept orders.
  • certain legal requests can still be served and will be processed within the legally mandated time (usually more than the seven days of no availability) by our legal team.
